I offer Creativity Coaching via email or telephone. Here's an outline of each programme, click on the heading to read more:

Get Set Go! - Email Coaching Programme

TheGet Set Go! Email Coaching Programme has been developed to enable you to reach your creative goals in a positive, structured and highly supportive environment. It works by focusing on two elements:

1.Get Set. Understanding where you are and where you want to be. Together we'll look at where you are right now in your creative life and where you want to be. I'll then help you choose what you'd like to work on first, and by drawing on your many creative strengths and resources, we'll outline a plan of action that's right specifically for you.

2. Go! Starting, then building momentum. We now begin to take action, one step at a time, towards the creative life you want. The structure of the programme, with regular check-ins, updates and support from me your creativity coach, will allow you to build creative momentum and maintain your progress towards the creative life you want and beyond.

Unleash and Transform - Telephone Coaching Programme

The Unleash and Transform Coaching Programme is designed to enable you to define exactly what creativity means to you, and discover the many ways you can develop your inner creative resources and begin to take the steps needed to move you towards the life you want.

We'll begin by using simple but powerful techniques to enable you to look at your life as it is now, in every aspect, and define your understanding and beliefs around your own creativity. This gives an honest appraisal of where you are, and where you'd like to be, an enables us to start to close that gap.

You can then see where your priority for positive change lies, and on which area you'd like to focus and take action on first.

Throughout the coaching programme, you'll be encouraged to monitor the balance of your life overall, and use this to regularly acknowledge the progress you make and highlight the aspects of your life you'd like to work on next.
