How we work

When you work with me you can expect to see positive and desirable changes in all aspects of your life.

You'll discover what creativity and being creative means uniquely to you, and the many ways you can explore and develop your natural creative abilities.

You'll become more aware of the things that work well for you and learn how to build upon these to help in other parts of your life.

Overall, you can expect to feel more motivated and excited about your creativity and the value of its role in your life.

You'll feel confident in yourself and your abilities, and more in control of your life and where you're heading.

As well as feeling more capable of overcoming the challenges you're faced with, you'll begin to realise that there are truly no limits to your creativity and its positive impact in your life.

My guiding beliefs

These are the guiding beliefs I base my work on, the principles I follow:

I believe totally in each of my client's unlimited creative potential. Each of us already has a unique set of creative abilities and talents that can be continually added to and built upon. You are the only limit to what you want to achieve.

I believe that each of my clients already has within themselves all the resources, strengths and creative capability they will ever need. My role is to enable my clients to recognise and draw upon these inner strengths and talents and to take positive action with new levels of awareness, motivation and responsibility.

I believe that coaching is an equal partnership between the coach and client. It is a partnership based on honesty, openness, trust and respect. Coaching is about focus, intent, commitment and enthusiasm from both sides.

I believe there is no such thing as failure. There is only feedback. Once you take action, you get results. From these results you can learn, and you're in a better position to know what action to take next. The more action you take, the faster you progress.

I believe that true fulfilment can only be achieved through finding the combination of creative application and balance that's right for you. I am committed to helping each individual client look at what's truly important in their life and find the combination that's right for them.

My Coaching philosophy is built around these beliefs.

My approach

What's it like to work with me? These are the standards I provide to each and every client:

I give complete commitment to each of my clients. Although each client has their own unique issues, what is consistent is my dedication to you and my complete faith in your abilities. My aim is the same for each client - to help you unleash your creativity and build the best possible life.

I do not claim to have all the answers. Nor do I give advice or tell you what you should do. I will encourage and enable you to find the answers within yourself that are right for you and your life and turn them into positive action.

I am committed to total confidentiality in my relationship with you. I will remain non-critical and non-judgemental at all times and create with you the trusting environment needed to enable you to speak with complete confidence and freedom.

I will challenge you when it's necessary. M aim is to motivate and move you forward with enthusiasm and energy. I am committed to helping you get where you want to be as quickly and as easily as possible.

I'll encourage you to have fun! Coaching can be an immensely gratifying, exciting, rewarding and frequently amazing process. I will do all I can to help you get the most enjoyment and fulfilment possible from the experience.

I have a holistic outlook and know that because creativity is a core aspect of your identity, it affects and influences every area of your life.
